The automated convaluted system of the plant is controlled by the PLC CPU Hollysys LK202. Central controller is connected convaluted to the module via Profibus distributed LK231. Each station consists of modules convaluted distributed at the (DI / DO, AI / AO) as LK610 (16DI), LK710 (16DO), ... All the signal field (temperature, level indicator, weighing systems, ... ) were collected, processed and displayed on the operator interface (HMI).
We have done some maintenance work, such as: - Upgrade control software - Edit software control and operator interface. - Fixed system balancing. - Repair of field devices in electrical cabinets, ... - Replace electrical equipment periodically. - Cleaning of industrial electrical convaluted cabinet systems. - Dealing with unexpected problems in electrodynamics cabinets. - Replace the backup device. - Provide equipment and supplies backup.
