Eliscaffe received in its three years of existence already many awards for the best coffee and the best cafe in Croatia but it is known beyond the borders of our country. It has personal experience in Eliscaffeu the shortest I can say is that there is indeed life coffee. In the world there are great brands including, of course, there are certain packing foam differences. But they had the prestige of just the brand, market position, packing foam number of cups sold, revenues, gross, net ... The existence of these companies depends on the managers of sales and marketing, not on the artists who live and breathe maker.
There are, however, in this same world and small manufactories in which they operate independent and free people, who dreamed of coffee and continued to follow his dream. These manufactories could not survive without the love of intoxicating drink, would not have survived that in every process of production, cooking and serving is not woven basic life motivation and inspiration coffee.
Eliscaffe such is manufactories. There you allow that you do not like coffee, and try to agree a better mix, better cook or to admit that I can not please everybody. But rare are those who come out dissatisfied, packing foam and there are those who come out and they did not feel the "boss's" intoxication and infatuation in the machine, the realization of his dream.

Nick is cool - 'coffee fundamentalist'. And it is in this case really refreshing. The man obviously knows what he is, ie. what and how it works. Coffee is simply incomparable with the crest in which the city (and beyond) - 'smooth' and fine, fine even without any sugar (and I usually need almost packing foam an entire bag of sugar in coffee). Without the slightest bit of bitterness, acidity, which does not need anything - just jaaako, very fine
