Samit was worried and suspected that Moussaoui planned to hijack civilian aircraft. He justified his suspicions that Moussaoui had taken flying lessons and learned to lead passenger plane, he had a portable GPS navigation system and was Islam fundamentalist. This told Samit even to court when he testified in the case against the only one who stands accused in connection with the Sept. 11 attacks - Zacarias Moussaoui.
