We have three items to discuss. The first is the hiring of our newest acupuncturist, Holly Christiansen , C.Ac.!! She is ALSO a graduate of Pacific College, and has moved here from Seattle! Her experience and knowledge will be a great addition to our team, especially as Arwen takes some time off to “be a mommy” (she’s due in one month, in case you were going to ask!). foam and glow Holly brings enthusiasm, experience, a dog, and bright hair to the Bluegrass. Lucky for her we had plenty of SNOW to share. But I am sure you all will enjoy talking weather with her soon enough. A biography will be posted in a separate foam and glow news update soon! Also, I will update our online brochure this weekend along with our Family Plans which had already been altered but the brochure did not show the changes.
Secondly, we are pleased to announce that BLHA now has the largest service area (click image to enlarge), and will have expanded services in 2014, due to Holly’s hiring. That’s right, we will not only be servicing all the areas on our map, but willing to travel to a great deal many of them, in cases of need or business. Shifu is also going to work on the Business Stress Reduction foam and glow program to enable us to help businesses bring acupuncture into their wellness foam and glow and take advantage of the stress reducing benefits of acupuncture. This is taking precedence over our expansion of facilities, so bear with us on that end.
You can expect to be able to get appointments with Holly in Berea two days a week, and in Lexington foam and glow also two days a week. Shifu will continue to be in Berea on Tuesdays and in Lexington foam and glow Monday, Wednesday, Friday!
Finally, foam and glow it’s 2014 now, and as promised, we unfortunately must raise our Berea rate to $80 a treatment. But that is JUST a $5 increase, and now with Holly here, we can offer the Chronic Pain plans in Berea, which will enable people to get $65 acupuncture and tuina!!
